HCL Partners with noHold to Enhance HCL's Engage for Utility Industry
MILPITAS, CA: HCL and noHold, IT service companies collaborate to integrate noHold’s Virtual Assistant (VA) technology with HCL’s customer engagement and billing platform, Engage. Through this platform, customers of Utility industry can get multiple interactive tools with a complete delivery of customer experience.
Engage is a platform, delivering business performance by restructuring business operations to latest technologies and is available as a managed service for enterprises. It covers all aspects of utilities customer care from billing to mobile interactions, IVR to multi channel content management and campaign planning to offer management. Within the platform, users can pay their bills and set up reminders.
The platform is now empowered by noHold’s Virtual Assistant (VA) technology- an application that allows end users to interact with the expert system, which helps in creating personalized support experience for every user.
