HCL Partners with noHold to Enhance HCL's Engage for Utility Industry

MILPITAS, CA: HCL and noHold, IT service companies collaborate to integrate noHold’s Virtual Assistant (VA) technology with HCL’s customer engagement and billing platform, Engage. Through this platform, customers of Utility industry can get multiple interactive tools with a complete delivery of customer experience.
