HEAT Software Launches Cloud-based Service Management Solution for Managed Service Providers

FREMONT, CA: HEAT Software, a provider of Cloud Service Management and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) software solutions, expands its Managed Service Provider (MSP) program with the launch of HEAT MSP Cloud, a service management solution. The new offering will enable mid-market MSPs to sell, deploy and support their customers’ entire service management implementation from a single, multi-tenant platform which will be delivered through Heat Software’s secure cloud infrastructure.

HEAT Enterprise Service Management (ESM) is a highly extensible, configurable, and integrated workflow-based platform that allows customers to design, build and better support non-IT based functional groups and departments through a single application platform. The HEAT MSP Cloud platform includes new features along with key capabilities of HEAT cloud service management solution.
 
Its new features include: Control Center to help MSPs effectively manage their entire customer network from a single user interface; a wide range of preconfigured MSP business process modules; and flexible configuration of custom Service Catalogues and distributed administration tools.
 
The service management solution is available on a flexible, usage-based monthly pricing model with 24x7 priority technical support and access programs such as MSP centric marketing, training and sales resources.
