HighJump's TrueCommerce Offers Integrated Warehouse/3PL Support
MINNEAPOLIS, MN: HighJump Software, provider of supply chain management solutions including warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management has announced that its TrueCommerce EDI Solutions group offers integrated warehouse/3PL support with its EDI solution for users of SAP Business One small business management software.
TrueCommerce Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), a SAP Business One partner- a business management solution designed to meet the needs of emerging and dynamically growing small companies, makes EDI effortless by making it simple and affordable. Integrating EDI with SAP Business One provides the ability to seamlessly format your EDI transactions to match with your trading partners’ requirements, and this could help reduce or eliminate the need to manually re-key information and avoid costly charge-backs.
This solution includes integrated transactions for two key warehouse documents: outbound warehouse shipping order (940), which can be processed automatically from a sales order in SAP Business One; and inbound warehouse shipping advice (945), which can automatically create a Delivery in SAP Business One. Also, the integrated warehouse shipping advice can be used to automatically develop the advance ship notice, giving users the ability to perform a quick turnaround and immediately send notifications to their customers.
“By leveraging integrated warehouse transactions, manufacturers and suppliers can streamline the fulfillment process from sales order processing to shipping to distribution, helping to optimize supply chain management and strengthen trading partner relationships,” says Nick Manolis, President TrueCommerce EDI Solutions group.
