HR Technology Advisors Enables Benefits Brokers to Deliver a 'Consumer Centric' Model

WRENTHAM, MA: HR Technology Advisors (HRT) has taken initiative in enabling benefits brokers to efficiently deliver a “consumer centric” model where service is provided directly to employees reducing an employer’s cost to manage benefits while improving an employee’s understanding and satisfaction with their benefits.

The integration of HRT’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM Benefits Agency Management System with HR and benefits technology platforms from ADP, bswift, and SuiteHR connects the web and mobile technologies that employees use to enroll in benefits with a real-time service platform.

Benefits brokers can now provide services like an employee call center and real-time online chat, to automate the delivery of information to employees via text, email, or a portal using the Microsoft workflow engine.

The Microsoft CRM expanded services platform enables benefits brokers to provide employees with a more interactive experience. Call center capabilities will automatically pull up an employee record from an incoming call, save chat correspondence, and automate the resolution response even as a text message. For the employer, the broker will be able to provide reporting on key metrics, improve employee satisfaction levels with their benefits, and significantly reduce an employer’s time in managing their benefits.
