i2i Population Health Introduces its Latest Payer Product
i2i Population Health, a pioneer in providing population health management solutions and services, has brought in a new Payer product, termed iQlarity. As a web-based application, iQlarity provides the necessary data and tools to create transparency between health plans and providers, which is often considered critical for a successful collaboration. iQlarity integrates electronic health record (EHR) information with health plan administrative files in real-time to boost big data analytics, driving enhanced quality outcomes. Improving and simplifying the quality of care across the care continuum is what iQlarity is set to deliver health plans.
The firm’s product development program facilitates strong collaboration to enable value-based care solutions that in turn helps members, consumers, and patients. “We're changing the game,” says Kili Chivers, Chief Growth Officer for i2i Population Health. “Sending letters, making phone calls, and chasing charts are not driving consistent and sustainable results. Health plans want to partner with providers to go beyond traditional methods.” Using i2i’s iQlarity, the payers will have data-driven visibility and intelligence to deliver insights into scheduled appointments and augmenting reimbursement revenues.
iQlarity provides support to health plan quality coordinators by providing actionable care management strategies. To deliver clinical data integration tools that significantly improve quality and lower costs, i2i has partnered with over 10 health plans across the country, along with three of the largest national payers.
