Infortel Select from ISI Telemanagement Solutions Announces Service Pack 5494
SCHAUMBURG, IL: ISI Telemanagement Solutions, a provider of communication management solutions, announces the release of Service Pack 5494 for its Call Accounting and Reporting Solution—Infortel Select.
Infortel Select software supports gathering and processing of CDR from all sources including on-premise PBX and VoIP servers, Centrex and other hosted services, local and long distance carriers, conference services and wireless handsets to provide a combined report and analysis of an organization’s entire voice network.
A host of improvements have been added to the service pack to add more strength to the robust reporting platform, including the development of the required constraints and scheduling tabs of report publisher. The country details, the GMT offset for the time the report is to be generated, and Daylight Savings Time (DST) choices as part of the specific and relative date options are included in this service pack.
The email merge tab also gets a relevant enhancement of report publisher to include replaceable parameters as part of the subject line of a report, including level names and level codes, as well as an ability to select a replaceable parameter and put the choice in the subject line in brackets.
Users will now be able to access the Call Handling Summary by Hour report in report publisher with information on the percentage of answered calls and the percentage of calls forwarded to voice mail. Furthermore, the Transferred Calls Detail report in report publisher now has the ability to provide information on calls answered by an attendant console.
This service pack also provides eight new filters to its contemporary list of supported communication platforms as a means to extend its support for latest PBX filters.
