Infradata Acquires UK-Based Virtual Network Service Provider Quonubes
FREMONT, CA: A leading Network Integrator Infradata has recently acquired Quonubes Group Limited, which is a UK-based network service provider that specializes in multi-vendor integration technologies for Software Defined Networks (SDN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV).
Infradata being a Network Integrator implement and maintain Next Generation Networks for service providers and network operators and thus it believes that both SDN and NFV will shape the future of networking and security. Infradata offers best service to their customers by building their software defined data centers and automating their end-to-end service provisioning and delivery.
In order to accelerate the development of recently acquired Quonubes, Infradata will control the skills of both the organizations. As a result of this acquisition, both the companies will combine the technologies and skills together to support the clients to look for flexible network services and advanced multi-vendor manageability. Also, a new operating unit will be formed in UK for Infradata by the technical and marketing staff of Quonubes to expand the business.
