Inphi CDR Retimer Speeds up to 10G/25G/28G
SANTA CLARA, CA: Inphi declares the production availability of the low power Clock and Data Recovery (CDR) Retimer for module applications. The company’s high-speed, and mixed signal semiconductor solutions have already been accepted by global market. Recently unlocked IN012525-CQ CMOS CDR has been designed to accelerate multi rate operation of 10G/25G/28G speeds.

IN012525-CQ CDR Retimer’s elegant features include Reference less clock SerDes architecture and are 100G BASE-LR4/ER4 and OTU4 applications supportive. Its applications support high density 100 Gbps optical modules and line cards with 25-28 Gbps electrical interfaces. The solution offers Quad 25 or 28 Gbps Retimer for use in next generation 100GBASE-LR4/ER4 optical modules without any reference clock.
The CDR has the ability to support OTU4 28 Gbps operation for OTL4.4 including self adaptive receives equalization functionalities. The high resolution of the solution offers Rx eye scan – iSCAN and also provides Loss of Protocol Lock detection.IN012525-CQ CDR endows test pattern generation, checking and monitoring clock output functionalities.
