Intapp upgrades the functions of its DealCloud solution to meet the complex requirements of real estate agents.

FREMONT, CA: Real estate and brokerage processes often include a lot of paperwork and human effort, which can make it tiring and prone to mistakes. Intapp, a leading provider of industry-specific, cloud-based software solutions that connect professional and financial services organizations, has enhanced the capability of its DealCloud solution to address the complicated and unique requirements of real estate investors. DealCloud real estate investment software provides the most comprehensive management solution available, with increased visualization of pipeline and properties, map-based property finding, and faster analysis.

The additions to the DealCloud technology assist real estate investment customers in identifying pipeline prospects, improving workflow efficiency, and simplifying due diligence and reporting across all property types and professionals in multiple geographic locations. Third-party connectors are also available, allowing users to pivot data and aggregate information in various formats and through various lenses. FactSet, Pitchbook, Preqin, PrivCo, SourceScrub, Dun & Bradstreet, SPS, and S&P Global Intelligence are among the datasets available, in addition to the Esri connection.

“Our real estate investment and brokerage clients need extensive mapping, geographic data, and imagery to efficiently execute investments and provide clients with the best outcomes on dispositions,” said Ben Harrison, President of Financial Services at Intapp. “When a firm’s proprietary information database automatically aggregates multiple third-party resources and lets investors process information from any device, deals move faster, more efficiently, and with better insight. This functionality is lightyears faster than juggling Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and disparate databases.”
