INTECO Signs an Agreement with Fiserv to provide Robust Customer Experience

FREMONT, CA:  INTECO, a provider of real-time transaction monitoring and customer experience analytics solutions for retail banking channels, announces the agreement with Fiserv, a financial services technology solution provider. Through this agreement Fiserv focuses on reselling INTECO Insight and INTECO Analytics omni-channel monitoring and analytics software to ATM operators and financial institutions managing large networks. In partnership with INTECO, Fiserv provides a real-time view into customer transactions, alerting and on-demand customer experience analytics into Device Manager, further enabling management of ATMs, kiosks, and self-service check-out stands.

Device Manager automates the end-to-end process of detecting and resolving problems across a self-service device network, using a multi-vendor device management capability. The integration with INTECO’s real-time transaction data allows the help desk and business operation teams to increase device availability and successful transaction through improved fault management, service management, and proactive troubleshooting.

Device Manager enhances availability and vendor performance. It also increases help desk efficiency through automatic dispatch and escalation. The solution leverages advanced business analytics and reporting capabilities to provide the flexibility and enterprise wide visibility on network and vendor performance. Further, it streamlines remote management capabilities across devices from all manufacturers. Device manager also helps in automating operations and reduce spend by eliminating redundant service calls.

The full visibility into the end-to-end transaction provides Fiserv and INTECO clients a robust tool to reduce channel costs: simultaneously enhancing customer experience.
