Integration of 4ward SFB365 Bundle Introduces Cloud PBX and Skype for Business

FREMONT, CA: Four companies joined hands to announce the availability of 4ward SFB365 Bundle with an aim to include all devices and professional services to help other companies to leverage Skype for Business and Microsoft Cloud PBX powerful features. The companies forming a part of this collaboration are 4ward, Jabra, Audiocodes, and Microsoft who plan to introduce this turnkey solution.

The interest behind integrating Cloud PBX services is to enable users to leverage Skype for Business Online for integrating voice calls with the rest of the Skype for Business investment. The notable fact about this integration is that it doesn’t compromise on the savings aspect and operational simplicity of a Microsoft hosted service. Taking a strict business perspective look it eliminates costly PBX systems and helps to aggregate vendors and streamline operations. The integration also helps to lower the TCO (Total cost of ownership) for telecommunications. On the other hand, from an IT perspective it enables features within the O365 admin portal and assists user to choose the most appropriate deployment options. Easy and rapid access to latest innovations is just another perk which can be clubbed under the array of IT benefits.

The SFB365 Bundle comprises of Audiocodes CloudBond, 50 SBC licenses, and 1E1/T1 + 1Y support. It also includes in its services an array of 20 Jabra devices, viz. 2 x Speak 510, 11x Evolve 30, 3x Evolve 40, 2x Evolve 65, 2x Stealth UC, and others as such. Furthermore, 4ward’s professional services are also combined to enable Cloud PBX features and setup AC devices. The eligibility extends to Office 365 SKUs such as 365 Enterprise E5, Office 365 Government G5, Cloud PBX standalone SKUs, Skype for Business standalone Plan 2, Add-on Cloud PBX SKU to E1, and more.

The Skype for Business Cloud can be easily integrated by replacing existing PBX system with a set of features directly delivered from Office 365 and integrating them into the company’s cloud productivity experience. User are allowed to take care of basic call control tasks, such as placing and receiving calls, transferring calls, and muting and unmuting calls. Additionally, users can click a name in the address book, and Skype for Business places a call to that person. Mobile devices, a headset with a laptop or PC, or one of the many IP phones is all that users need to place and receive calls.
