SAN JOSE, CA: In today’s IT world, there is a lot of concern about the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) trend because companies don’t want to lose their data at any cost. However, they know how BYOD trend is the necessitate of the hour and they need it to enhance their businesses.

Pulse Secure, a provider of secure access solutions for enterprises and service providers, has worked with Integration Partners to implement its BYOD solution, Pulse Workspace.

The new solution by Pulse Secure is a BYOD container for both iOS and Android devices that protects any mobile app without any security and usability bargain. It also secures company data and keeps employees privacy by only allowing IT’s visibility and control limited to the enterprise container. “Workspace was an easy sell to executives. Not only did it meet and exceed all our security needs, but it was easy to deploy and enabled our employees to provision their own mobile devices,” says Brett Safford, IT Manager of Integration Partners.

In addition, without affecting personal information, Pulse Workspace encrypts all data at rest, controls data sharing between enterprise apps, wipes corporate data, and connects directly to the enterprise VPN.  Today, it is the only available security solution that doesn’t modify iOS and Android apps with app-wrapping or require SDK use. Its App Virtualization technology for Android raises the Android security bar to the same level as iOS.

Pulse workspace lets employees easily configure their own devices and ensures that correct individual settings are configured on each device, resulting in diminished number of support desk calls. It also helps ITs to enhance their efficiency instead of troubleshooting.
