AI and ML will also help telecom operators in subscriber profiling and analyzing offer conversion rates, content usage trends and network activity. The global telecom players are now feeding this AI and video revolution through various smart initiatives. This will involve intelligence in every stage of operations, maintenance, and service provisioning. Hence, this AI and ML-powered intelligence will eventually ensure intelligent operations as the new norm in the future.
