RESTON, VA: Intellinote, team communication and collaboration platform declares new collaborations with Salesforce, Dropbox, Box, ZenDesk, MailChimp, ServiceMax, Wufoo, GitHub and other business apps. Users of these business apps can coordinate their content, make them actionable and also receive real-time messages and notifications within Intellinote domain.

From the new self-service integration portal end users can immediately take advantage of a growing list of integrations. The users will enjoy benefits such as, keeping track of new opportunities in Salesforce with new Tasks; allowing teams collaborate and communicate around documents and files stored in Dropbox or Box; monitoring critical tickets in ZenDesk with Tasks and Messages and following up on new newsletter subscribers in MailChimp by creating Tasks and Notifications.

"Users and businesses use a number of different best-in-class business apps and tools. But switching between them constantly to monitor activity, updates and changes takes up valuable time every day. With these new integrations, users can save time but still be on top of what's important, actionable or just informational - all from inside Intellinote - so they can prioritize responses and optimize effort," says Gene Sohn,CTO and Co-Founder, Intellinote.

Meanwhile, Intellinote also makes available a developer-facing integration portal that allows app developers to integrate their apps with Intellinote using one of three APIs: a REST API, a Widget API and a Webhook API.

Depending on the requirements of the users these APIs will deliver developers with different options when integrating their apps with Intellinote's real-time communication and collaboration tools as the REST API lets developers add Intellinote's full suite of tools including Real-Time Messaging, File Sharing, Project & Task Management and Note Taking alongside their apps. Developers can embed individual tools into their apps with the support of the Widget API while Webhook API helps lets developers to exchange targeted content and messages with Intellinote.

"Intellinote's Task Management features, which are now integrated with Time Doctor's powerful time-tracking abilities, let users seamlessly track and report on the time they spend on different billable and non-billable Tasks in Intellinote," comments Rob Rawson, CEO, Time Doctor, one among the developers whorecently integrated Intellinote with their app using the Webhook API.
