Intelliteach has announced the acquisition of Hilltop Consultants, which will make it a Global IT Managed Service provider in the Legal Industry.
FREMONT, CA: Intelliteach, a legal outsourcing firm, has announced the acquisition of Hilltop Consultants internally. The amalgamation of Intelliteach and Hilltop's suite of solutions and abilities will make the company one of the most wide-ranging Global IT Managed Service providers in the Legal Industry.
Intelliteach CEO Seelin Naidoo commented that the company is excited to collaborate with Hilltop Consultants. Moreover, Hilltop's team will expand the Legal Managed Services business. The company is now better positioned to address the transformation of the clients' and the industry's operational requirements. Their immense experience will be an excellent fit for the offering that they provide, from which Intelliteach can continue to rise and improve the way they serve the Legal market.
With almost 400 clients in the Legal Industry, Intelliteach offers them its highly efficient and cost-effective Help Desk support, profit-enhancing Accounts Receivable and billing Managed Services, and a full collection of IT Managed Services.
With the help of this acquisition, Intelliteach can even add services that are offered by Hilltop Consultants.
