NEW YORK, NY: Genpact takes possession of Endeavour Software Technologies, the digital mobile service provider that operates on middle and back office solutions. Its product portfolio is now extended to include Endeavour’s mobile consulting, architecture and design, implementation and testing. Endeavour solutions generally focuses on strategy assessment of IT services reaching industries across financial services, insurance, healthcare and manufacturing.
Working on reconstructing the clients’ business, Genpact takes Lean Digital approach and extends its digital capabilities impacting middle and back office processes in terms of revenue, growth, cost efficiency and more. It appends mobility to digital solutions on the basis of patented Smart Enterprise Processes (SEP) software.
Digital business expansion offered by Genpact’s Lean digital strategy covers two attributes: ‘Systems of Engagement’ solution and 'Digital Integration Services'. The former transforms client’s existing technology investments in terms of operational processing, while the latter reshapes the business processes and consolidates different digital components to fit the solutions to the company’s scheme.
