Joe Seifert, Chairman, and Co-Founder of H4, joins Arteria AI as a senior advisor.

FREMONT, CA: Senior Advisors monitor, assess, and advise the organization on policy and operational matters. Their responsibilities span administration, analysis, advising on strategy and policy concerns, operational planning analysis and monitoring, and internal coordination. Arteria AI, a global leader in digital business documentation, has purchased certain financial services assets from H4, a market-leading contract lifecycle management platform. As part of the deal, Joe Seifert, Chairman and Co-Founder of H4 will join Arteria AI's board of directors as a senior advisor.

Joe Seifert states, “Arteria AI and H4 cover most of the top-tier of the financial services market and it made perfect sense to join forces. Having spent time with Shelby and the team, I’m very excited that the combination will support Arteria AI’s position as a leader in digital documentation transformation across the global banking sector.”

Arteria AI collaborates with the world's leading banks to help them scale their customer documentation procedures. Arteria leverages context-specific AI, data, analytics, and automation to enable stakeholders across the bank to service their consumers more swiftly. This can be a critical factor in increasing revenue while avoiding risk and cost.

Shelby Austin, Abrar Huq, and Jonathan Wong, the company's co-founders, have over 30 years of expertise in the documentation area and were leaders in the AI community before starting Arteria AI in October 2020.

Shelby Austin, CEO of Arteria AI, states, “This is a very exciting time for our business as we set out to unleash the power of data to help global financial institutions solve their client documentation challenges at scale. Since spinning out of Deloitte we have continued on an incredible growth journey accelerated by the market’s clear preference for data-first solutions.”

H4 will concentrate on its corporate banking product outside of global banking. Rob Fagg, CEO, and Andy Byrne, COO, have decided to continue as co-founders of H4. Joe Seifert will continue to own a minority stake in H4.

“It is a strategic decision for us to acquire certain financial services assets of H4 to expand our reach and super-charge our efforts. Joe Seifert will bring invaluable experience and expertise to our team.  We look forward to working together to provide an unrivalled, data-first client documentation solution for global financial institutions.”  concludes Austin.
