JunctionMCR-Now a Part of Microsoft Retail Platform

FREMONT, CA: Junction Solutions, a software solutions provider for retail, food and beverage and life sciences sectors has announced that it has completed the sale of its retail software solutions suite JunctionMCR to Microsoft.

JunctionMCR integrates operational and financial information and automates processes providing 360-degrees of visibility across every channel and throughout the enterprise. JunctionMCR makes significant strides in operational efficiency, information integrity and consistency, communication and collaboration thus resulting in heightened customer shopping experience.

JunctionMCR is an enterprise application suite designed to extend Microsoft Dynamics AX which in turn provides ERP solutions such as sales and marketing, financial management, manufacturing, service management, human resource management, compliance management, collaborative workspace, business intelligence and reporting, mobility and project accounting.

Having been developed in Microsoft Dynamics AX, JunctionMCR enhances merchandising, pricing and promotions, customer service, call center operations, inventory management, high-volume warehouse pick and pack operations, small parcel order fulfillment, and direct store delivery operations. JunctionMCR will be a part of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 release available through Microsoft sales and reseller channels. The release is said to have advanced business logic and data model, new apps with the benefit of cloud computing services.
