Kaleo is Now the "Cool" Content Management Vendor
EL SEGUNDO, CA: Kaleo Software’s Predictive Knowledge Sharing application has been creating ripples in the content management arena for quite some time. The company’s app is used by many national brands including Viacom, Toyota, and FOX to solve their information sharing challenges. Now, Gartner, recognizing the application’s game changing technology and its contribution towards customers, has included it in the 2016 Cool Vendors list in Content Management report.
"Kaleo is proud of our inclusion in Gartner's 'Cool Vendor' report. We see it as a validation of our mission to help companies embrace change and increase adoption through Predictive Knowledge Sharing," says Phil Hui-Bon-Hoa, CEO, Kaleo Software. "Our application is the first on the market to help employees connect with internal experts and existing resources. Kaleo can help people in any part of an organization become more efficient and do their job better."
Apart from naming the disruptive vendors in the content management domain, the Gartner report has touched upon several risk factors that these vendors will have to address in the short term. According to the Gartner report, "Vendors are starting to break down the barriers for stronger collaboration and to fulfill the 'need it now' mentality that consumer technology has created." Furthermore, the report highlighted that within the next four years, “40% of content management solutions will provide insight engines that allow for search functions such as proactive search, personas and natural language.”
Acknowledging this statistic, Kaleo has designed a dynamic knowledge base which helps enterprises to identify the most valuable information and proactively forward it to the employees in real time, via machine learning. Kaleo is the first and only application on the market that connects employees with internal experts and gets them acquainted with the resources that they need to better perform at their jobs. In addition, the Kaleo knowledge base keeps updating itself with richer and more accurate content as users’ question and answer interactions intensifies.
