EL SEGUNDO, CA: Kaleo Software’s Predictive Knowledge Sharing application has been creating ripples in the content management arena for quite some time. Now, Gartner, recognizing the application’s game changing technology and its contribution towards customers, has included it in the 2016 Cool Vendors list in Content Management report.

Apart from naming the disruptive vendors in the content management domain, the Gartner report has touched upon several risk factors that these vendors will have to address in the short term. According to the Gartner report, "Vendors are starting to break down the barriers for stronger collaboration and to fulfill the 'need it now' mentality that consumer technology has created." Furthermore, the report highlighted that within the next four years, “40% of content management solutions will provide insight engines that allow for search functions such as proactive search, personas and natural language.”
