Kitchen CUT Introduces Free Tool to Simplify F&B Operations during the COVID-19 Outbreak

Simon Haynes, CTO
As a response to COVID-19, Kitchen CUT develops a tool for all businesses to provide delivery or click + collect at no cost to the business, customer, or community
FREMONT, CA: The past two weeks have seen a monumental shift in the way hospitality services delivered all across the world. For the F& B businesses that have been able to remain trading, options such as takeaway, delivery, drive thru and even operating as retail outlets for fresh produce have been a ray of hope. Businesses of all kinds have been pushed to adapt to these changing circumstances in order to survive and the operations that support them have had to be just as agile.
Kitchen CUT, the UK based renowned technology company, has developed free online tools for F&B operations. These tools also offer great value to those F&B vendors that have been forced to operate online.
F+B To Go is a simple, easy to use platform for customers to place their orders online, allowing a seamless user experience. A simple-to-use dashboard allows the users to keep track of and monitor their orders as it gets prepared, arrive to the doorstep and throughout the other production processes.
The tool accompanies a set of digital menus that can be customized with brand colors, logos, and other details before it is published on the users’ website. The customer can then see the menu on offer by the restaurant, the prices and can immediately place the order by adding the items to the cart. In order to keep the entire process contactless, online payments can also be made.
Along with being listed as one of the Top 20 Most Promising Travel and Hospitality Technology Solution Providers in 2017 by the CIOReview Magazine, Kitchen CUT has created a new set of tools to use for free of cost. There are no setup, subscription, or commission fees for the whole year and it also offers an option to have a limitless number of products on offer. All these criteria applicable to businesses of any size, location, irrespective of their EPOS, Stock system, or menu management systems. The restaurants just have to sign up on any device and start their operations within the hour.
The CTO of Kitchen CUT, Simon Hayes, while in conversation about the launch of F+B To Go said “At Kitchen CUT we pride ourselves on being leading edge and agile. The current challenges have forced hospitality businesses to adapt quickly in order to survive. We want to help our clients and the sector as a whole and so we have developed F+B To Go to enable businesses to make the transition to click and collect or food delivery in the most safe and efficient way possible. The entire ordering process from menu to payment is entirely contactless. Kitchen CUT clients will see an additional benefit as the F+B To Go tool integrates seamlessly with Kitchen CUT’s existing recipe management and inventory modules. We will continue to develop and support businesses as they adapt to the new landscape of hospitality.”
