Kony and Crittercism Team Up to Enhance Enterprise Mobile App User Experience

SAN FRANCISCO, CA:  Kony, a cloud based enterprise mobility company collaborates with Crittercism‘s mobile application performance management (APM) to extend a mobile APM offering to augment enterprise mobile app user experience. As an open and standards-based solution, Kony Mobility Platform supports the entire application software development lifecycle (SDLC), which is available on-premise or hosted on the Kony Cloud.

By integrating Crittercism‘s APM platform into Kony mobility platform, customers can monitor and get insights on the usage and business performance of mobile applications. Monitoring every aspects of mobile application performance, Crittercism extends a real-time global view of app diagnostics across iOS, Android, Windows Phone 8, Hybrid and HTML5 apps.

Customers will be facilitated with several advantages with this collaboration which includes, proactively identifying and alerting  crashes and exceptions in their apps, spotting  issues that matter most by prioritizing work by the number of users affected, device, operating system and geolocation data, retracing the exact steps users need to take for leading up to performance or web service issues, and accelerating root-cause analysis with stack traces and device diagnostics, including app versions, OS and device, which give users detailed troubleshooting information.
