Land of Lincoln Health Partners with Eight Healthcare Providers for Preferred Insurance Plans
CHICAGO, NY: Land of Lincoln Health (LLH) collaborates with eight different Illinois health care providers for providing the Preferred Partner health plans for the people of Illinois. These specialized plans have been designed to provide access to quality, affordable health care for consumers who prefer to visit specific doctors, hospitals.

The plans enable patients to see their preferred provider for the lowest co-pays, co-insurance and out-of-pocket costs. It covers visits to physicians, nurses, advanced practice registered nurses, physician assistants or other providers. This partnering has also the monthly premiums on its plans by as much as 30 percent.
Hospitals and health systems partnering with LLH to offer these Preferred Partner Plans include: Adventist Midwest Health; Advocate Health Care; Centegra Health System; Chicago Health System (Chicago Health Medical Group, MacNeal Hospital, Weiss Memorial Hospital, West Suburban Medical Center, Westlake Hospital); Family Health Network (Little Company of Mary Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital and Medical Center, Hartgrove Hospital, Norwegian American Hospital, Roseland Community Hospital, Saint Anthony Hospital, Saint Bernard Hospital, Swedish Covenant Hospital, Thorek Hospital); Illinois Health Partners (DuPage Medical Group, Edward Hospital, Elmhurst Hospital, Northwest Community Hospital); Presence Health and Swedish Covenant Hospital
Preferred Partner Plan customers will enjoy enhanced benefits when visiting providers within their Preferred Partner’s health system, they will still have coverage with providers nationwide if they choose to seek care elsewhere within LLH’s broader world-class network. Coverage for treatment outside of the Preferred Partner Network will remain high-quality and cost-effective.
