The updated Lenovo cloud solutions are crafted to guide customers as they deploy cloud platforms. Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platformcombined with the Lenovo System x3650/x3550 M5 and ThinkServer RD650/RD550 rack servers provides the performance, scalability and security as well as offer maximum uptime for those business-critical cloud applications. The Lenovo Cloud Reference Architecture for VMware Software Defined Data Center provides interoperable, cost effective cloud architecture to manage virtualized workloads.

Big Data and Database Solutions

Lenovo continues its support to Big Data solutions with updated Hadoop reference architectures for Cloudera, MapR and IBM. These reference architectures have the ability to provide leading-edge technology around Big Data with reliability and scalability of Lenovo System x3650 and x3550 M5 rack servers with Intel Xenon E5-2600 V3 processors.

The company has introduced new database solutions to aid customers transform their industries by channelizing the power of data.  Lenovo Database Configuration for EnterpriseDB Postgres Plus provides a combination of the Lenovo System x3850 X6 mission-critical server with mainframe-like reliability.Lenovo Database Configuration for MongoDB Enterprise combines NoSQL database software with the Lenovo System x3850 X6 server for a scaled computing approach. The combination results in reduced downtime and faster data results.
