Raleigh, NC: To provide channel partners with more control of sales cycles through better technical and sales training, customer relationship information, and new quote and deal registration capabilities, LexisNexis has refined and expanded its channel partner program. Aiming to provide customers with access to data and to impart more transparency into support, sales and opportunities, the company has also rolled out a public facing channel partner website. The initiative also aims to provide end customer with a broader spectrum of the company’s product offering and would be managed by the software and technology division of LexisNexis Legal & Professional, based in the Raleigh Technology Center.
