Litigation Services Provider Elite Documents Joins the LDiscovery Family of Companies

FREMONT, CA: The e-discovery management solutions provider LDiscovery announced the acquisition of the Virginia based litigation support company Elite Document Solutions. The acquisition aims to enhance the offerings of LDiscovery in litigation support and eDiscovery services.

LDiscovery has a clientele encircling law organizations in the DC Metro area and around the globe. The expansion of the company started with the acquisition of New York based FlashData Solutions and Turnstone Solutions in 2014 followed by the procurement of Credence and the Philadelphia based CopySecure in 2015. LDiscovery provides data collection and forensic investigation, early case assessment, electronic discovery and managed legal review services.

Elite was established in 2007 and has since been providing litigation support to firms. The company specializes in Photocopying, Printing, Scanning, EDisovery, Hosting and Secure File Transfer. “Over the past nine years, Keith, along with partners Jerry Judeh and Mike Navarro, have built Elite into a premier litigation support provider in the Washington, DC area,”says Christopher Weiler, CEO LDiscovery. “Focused on high quality and superior service, their customer-first approach makes them a perfect fit with LDiscovery,” he adds.
