This new software gives organizations the tool needed to identify and troubleshoot issues occurring in the new hybrid IT environments.

It integrates end-user experience with network information through integration with LiveAction Application-aware Network Performance Monitoring that accelerates problem resolution and significantly deals with the challenges in application performance monitoring.

LiveUX’ features include: 24×7 monitoring of application performance, use of global agents to ensure application performance is well, from any geographical locations outside of the enterprise, compare performance against application-specific SLAs to gain insight into how network performance impacts application performance and correlate end user experience with network usage information to rightsize the network or identify improvements.
