FREMONT, CA: LiveAction, a provider of network performance management software, announces LiveAction for User Experience (LiveUX), a software product designed to bridge network performance and application performance. This new software gives organizations the tool needed to identify and troubleshoot issues occurring in the new hybrid IT environments.

With LiveUX, IT organizations now have the ability to understand what users are experiencing with cloud and SaaS applications, such as Google Docs, Microsoft Office365, Cisco WebEx, and custom services deployed in any cloud over any network. It integrates end-user experience with network information through integration with LiveAction Application-aware Network Performance Monitoring that accelerates problem resolution and significantly deals with the challenges in application performance monitoring.

LiveUX’ features include: 24×7 monitoring of application performance, use of global agents to ensure application performance is well, from any geographical locations outside of the enterprise, compare performance against application-specific SLAs to gain insight into how network performance impacts application performance and correlate end user experience with network usage information to rightsize the network or identify improvements.

“Today, we are witnessing an unprecedented convergence between the network and the rapid adoption in the use of SaaS-based enterprise applications. This is creating new IT problems. We are known for our visibility and control platform and today we extend our reach with LiveUX, which is designed to help our customers maintain visibility and enable user productivity when using cloud-based applications,” said Darren T. Kimura, CEO and chairman of LiveAction.
