Liveswitch Releases Simplyon For Easy Video Conferencing
Raleigh, NC - LiveSwitch announced today the release of SimplyOn, the simple video conferencing solution that requires no downloads, no guest registration and a single click to join a meeting from any browser or smart device.
Once connected, SimplyOn allows users to pin their pictures and interests to their profile to help break the ice quickly among newly-connected participants and to help attendees find common ground.
“Video calls have become foundational for many people, from remote workers to individuals with long-distance relatives, but the user experience isn’t always seamless,” said Shweta Johri Scott, President of LiveSwitch’s SimplyOn division. “We decided that the world needs a next generation video conferencing platform that literally could not be any easier to use, allows people to build human connections more naturally, and will accommodate more active participants than other solutions on the market today. The result is SimplyOn. It’s the combination of our vision of simple video conferencing and our existing technology that is used by world-class organizations to build video experiences in telehealth, live entertainment, education and many other verticals,” Scott added.
SimplyOn runs on the LiveSwitch engine, which is used by companies such as Adobe, Logitech and the NBA to power live video experiences at scale. LiveSwitch’s enterprise-grade live video streaming platform enables businesses to incorporate flexible, scalable, and high-quality interactive live video, audio and data into their solutions and business processes. SimplyOn is the company’s first direct-to-business and direct-to-consumer video conferencing platform.
SimplyOn is available for free at SimplyOn.com. Free users have access to unlimited multi-party calls for up to one hour, meeting recordings, and many other features such as group chat and screen sharing. Paid accounts are $9.99/month per user and also include branded meeting spaces, unlimited recordings, and, soon, paid add-ons that allow users to have meetings with up to 1,000 active participants.
