NEW YORK, NY: An IT solutions and managed services provider, Logicalis, has recently acquired The Via Group. The takeover enhances the offering of both the companies as well as expands Via Group’s reach to additional vendors and professional services.
Vince DeLuca, CEO, Logicalis said , "The Via Group complements Logicalis US capabilities in delivering strong communications and collaboration solutions to important market segments including healthcare and education, areas where Logicalis already has a significant footprint in the United States." He added that the acquisition will ensure them in providing their clients with managed and professional services to maximize their investments in communications technology.
The Via Group leverages both commercial and enterprise clients’ proficiency to bridge the gap between traditional telephony and IT helping them develop, deploy and support a single unified solution irrespective of the fact that the solution is on-premise, hosted or hybrid.
