LOGICnow Unveils MAX Service Desk Mobile Application for Better Management visibility

The application enhances visibility in IT professionals by delivering leading edge service management capabilities. The solution also provides direct customer support through iOS supported devices.
Max Service Desk is a fully hosted, robust, streamlined support portal enabling IT professional to deliver a superior customer support and boost productivity. The service desk integrates with QuickBooks, Take Control, and Twitter to export invoices, enhancing the capability to export time and cost entries for customers to a branded PDF or CSV invoice templates.
The Max Service Desk mobile enables users to stay connected with their customers form iOS devices to increase Service Desk portal functionality. The application also streamlines the visibility of controlling Key Service Desk functions and to support activities. Max Service Desk Mobile supports a full suite of features ranging from real-time data to customer’s ticket history in helping IT professionals.
Additional features comprises of scheduled site visits with embedded calendar and GPS functionality. It also helps IT professionals in enhancing visibility form tickets to tasks and to retrieve customer data and records. Customers can view the estimated cost by tracking time and mileage and organize travel routes using simple maps to slash time. The application optimizes the service by delivering real-time actionable insights. Special features includes complete client sign off with digital capability, view ticket history and add detailed comments to tickets for better visibility and resolution of issues.
