Logistics Executive Group, a global supply chain advisory and search organization, expands its Middle East activities to establish a new office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

FREMONT, CA: Logistics Executive Group opens its newest worldwide office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, led by Managing Partner Mr. Mohammed Mosly.

Logistics Executive Group, an Australian-headquartered corporate advisory, consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and executive search organization, has run a logistics centre of excellence and services hub in the United Arab Emirates for nearly two decades.

Specializing in bringing strategic, functional, and execution capabilities to the supply chain, logistics, food, and manufacturing industries, the firm's expansion into Saudi Arabia gets the firm's global footprint to eleven countries, with three additional offices added since mid-2020.

The rise of digitalization, ecommerce, and increased supply chain complexity has increased the need for organizations to drive performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize operations, which has resulted in the expansion of Logistics Executive Group's suite of services over the last two years, with the company introducing a supply chain design engineering service and expanding its M and A portfolio. Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 goal has advanced in recent years, with a particular emphasis on improving its logistics infrastructure and competence, necessitating the need for the Logistics Executive Group to establish local operations in support of its customers.

The new partnership and Mr. Mosly as Managing Partner is a significant step forward for Logistics Executive Group, which began operations in Saudi Arabia in 2004 and established its Middle East and Africa Regional Headquarters in Dubai in 2005. By re-establishing an on-the-ground presence in the GCC region's largest economy, the company will be able to further enhance its services by increasing its capability to support global customers while also providing Saudi Arabian customers with access to international opportunities via its global office network.

Mr. Mosly is a recognized Saudi Arabian sector expert with over 25 years of executive leadership experience in both the private and public sectors in Saudi Arabia and the region, most notably leading national transformation programs as part of Vision 2030 initiatives.

Kim Winter, Founder, and CEO of Logistics Executive Group, notes, “The combined resources and expertise of both parties in establishing this partnership has obvious synergies including expanding the Corporate Advisory, Consulting, M&A, Executive Search, Supply Chain Media and Events portfolios. Expanding our geographic reach into The Kingdom will allow us to strengthen relationships with many of our pan national customers and serve their Saudi Arabian needs.”

“Central to the success of signing this alliance has been more than 22 years of cooperative relationships, and an alignment of the leadership groups to an ethos of total customer focus.” says Mr. Winter.

“With more than 100 years combined senior executive experience between the owners and a dedicated team of recognised industry specialists, we have been able to offer an unmatched source of hand- on corporate experience to the markets in which we are represented. Our long-term customer relationships have placed us in good stead and are key reason behind our continued growth, through events such as the GFC and now, trough the pandemic. We continue to support organisations as they navigate the New Norm and value those long-standing relationships.”

“Being able to leverage enhanced resources will provide our customers with significantly broadened service options. We see many opportunities and business challenges for our customers, such as Business Transformation, M&A, Executive Search and Executive Coaching.” says Mr. Winter.

Commenting on the milestone, Mr. Darryl Judd, Logistics Executive Group COO, and MD, Corporate Advisory, and M and A comments, “Increasingly firms all around the world are seeking diversified pathways to grow and support their businesses, assets, and people towards emerging from recent events into a changed world driven by increased digitalisation, consumer led markets and more complex global supply chains. The opening of the Saudi office will enable us to work comprehensively and seamlessly across markets to tackle and succeed with these challenges.”

“Through the opening of the Saudi office, we are able to offer customers an ability to draw on the competencies of our global Centres of Excellence customers and system, whilst supporting projects locally enabling greater delivery success and local knowledge transfer.” adds Mr. Judd.

“Recently the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has shown a significant emphasis and attention towards logistics and the partnership with Logistics Executive Group provides international expertise and focus in assisting to achieve the nation’s 2030 ambitions,” says Mr. Mosly. “This relationship, over 12 months in the making, is a win, win outcome for the Group and their GCC and global customers, many having been served for over 20 years.” he notes further.
