FREMONT, CA: In the information age, a team working on the same project might be in completely different locations making it challenging to communicate workflows and manage project and assignments. To keep everyone on the same page, Lucid Software introduced Lucidchart, a premier online diagramming tool on the web. “Lucidchart's collaboration is smooth, easy to use, and simple to manage,” says Karl Sun, CEO and Co Founder of Lucid Software. He further continues, “Lucidchart provides a slick solution to the age-old problem of visual communication.”  The cloud-based Lucidchart is fully integrated with Google Apps, Microsoft Office 365, Atlassian Confluence, JIRA and HipChat, Jive, Slack and other workforce productivity tools.

The company has recently enhanced a new feature in Lucidchart which is the Unified Modeling Language (UML) Sequence Diagram Markup Tool. The new tool facilitates quick and easy diagram creation. Users can generate complicated UML sequence diagrams by merely typing the markup directly into Lucidchart rather than constructing diagram from the scratch. The new UML Sequence Markup enables editors to easily create diagrams from text. The sequence diagrams made in Lucidchart can be edited and new information can be added anytime without the need to start over or change formatting. It can also be customized according to the needs of the clients. The collaborative UML tool enables teams to work seamlessly in real time without worrying about downloads or software updates. The diagrams can be easily published as web pages, images, or PDFs.
