Lumenis Deploys Cognizant MedVantage: Takes Compliance Management a Step Further

TEANECK, N.J: In a latest announcement, Lumenis, energy-based medical device company for aesthetic, surgical and ophthalmology applications, has deployed Cognizant MedVantage, a cloud-based integrated complaint handling solution.

Shankar Narayanan, Vice President and Global Markets Leader of the Life Sciences practice at Cognizant believes that Lumenis is leveraging the scale of the cloud to implement a highly collaborative digital solution that can be quickly adopted in multiple markets.

Lumenis known for laser, intense pulsed light (IPL) and radio frequency (RF) technology based prodcts will now be utilizing Cognizant's MedVantage Complaint Management Solution. Device and other issues are automatically and accurately tracked, classified and maintained online from start to finish for improved service, efficiency and reporting.
