Lunera Lighting Demonstrates Break through Energy Saving Plug-and-Play LED Lighting Technology
SANTA CLARA, CA: Lunera Lighting, provider of advanced LED technology showcases its energy saving plug-and-play LED lamp series at World Energy Engineering Congress (WEEC). The lamp series claims to be a replacement for the conventional compact fluorescent lamps (CFL) metal halide (MH) lamps or high pressure sodium (HPS)
The Helen Lamp Series uses Lunera Lighting’s proprietary Ballast LED lighting technology extending easy and affordable upgrade of LED lighting in buildings. The instant-on lamps directly replace 26W to 42W standard CFLs and deliver more than 950 lumens of usable light in just 13W. Compatible both indoor and outdoor, the Helen Lamp maximizes energy-savings and works in dim light which is adaptable in advanced control-enabled ballasts. Coming in four color temperature it has Color Rendering Index (CRI) of greater than 80. Since it is supported in 5years guarantee, the lamp claims a lifespan of 50,000 hours.
The Lucy Lamp series converts the dim yellow haze associated with HPS lighting to near daylight quality LED lighting. The lamp cuts down energy cost by 60percent in comparison to conventional HPS lamps. This instant-on LED solution has L70-rated performance at 50,000 hours and is designed especially for long duty cycles. Delivering a uniform light levels throughout its long lifetime, the lamp is available in a Mogul (E39) base or Medium (E26) base.
The instant–on Susan Lamp series upon installation, will save energy as same as Lucy Lamp, while delivering up to 15,000 lumens of near daylight illumination in 3500K, 4000K or 5000K color temperatures. It eliminates the installation disruption and maintenance costs Designed for the same, it reduces upto five MH lamp replacement cycles and is available in two options as of Lucy Lamp.
The Lunera replacement lamps and its technologies enable more indoor and outdoor applications to benefit from its plug-and-play approach including: Pendant Fixtures used in high bay applications; Wallpack fixtures used for exterior accent lighting; Shoebox fixtures commonly used in parking lots and interior parking garage fixtures designed around Metal Halide lamps. Lunera’s Thermal IQTM technology manages the lamp’s temperature, allowing it to achieve a long 50,000-hour to L70-rated lifespan in environments up to 150 degrees Fahrenheit.
“Lunera has pioneered and advanced the plug-and-play LED replacement lighting sector, bringing innovative, energy saving LED lamps to the commercial lighting market. Our value proposition is simple: plug-and-play installation, longer lamp life and an immediate reduction of 60% or more in lighting energy cost,” comments Tom Quinn, Vice President of Sales and Marketing,Lunera.
