Mail2Cloud's Email Sync Connects Inbox to Cloud Storage
SAN FRANCISCO, CA: Cloud-mailing service provider, mxHero has recently introduced Email Sync as part of its flagship Mail2Cloud Archive product suite to help users sync PST files, specific folders or even specific mails directly into the cloud storage. It stores the email, converts it to PDF, and saves each attachment separately.
Mail2Cloud Fusion automatically removes email attachment, and stores it in the cloud storage system; accompanied by placing the link pointing to the file location on cloud . It makes cloud storage adoption automatic. “Many organizations already use tools to sync files with their cloud storage services. However, emails are also often critical documents to the organization,” says Alex Panagides, CEO, mxHero.
Furthermore, Mail2Cloud is a server side tool that helps to organize email file management and reduce the overall costs associated with storing those files. It works in between user’s email server and cloud storage. Mail2Cloud supports a range of email and cloud vendors including online email systems from Google Apps and Office 365 coupled with Google Drive and Dropbox as well. Featured with a range of productivity tools, it provides high user rated instruments for day to day email efficiency and powerful email tracking - message, attachments and links coupled with an option to save select emails as documents to cloud storage. “By providing the ability to sync emails directly from the inbox to cloud storage is an important capability that helps organizations to fully maximize the benefits of the cloud,” added Alex.
