MORRISTOWN, NJ: Majesco, a provider of core insurance software, partners with SPLICE Software, a provider of solutions that connect insurance companies with customers, to enhance customer experience capabilities. The partnership will integrate Splice software with Majesco’s DigitalConnect.
The SPLICE solution works with the clients’ contact center and develops a messaging campaign surveying them at various stages of their lifecycle. The notifications provide feedback options to companies enabling them to address them issues, if any. On the other hand, Majesco’s DigitalConnect is designed to enable personalization of mobile solutions based on the unique journeys of every client and fulfill their multi channel distribution and customer experience needs. Splice software is pre-integrated with Majesco’s DigitalConnect and is primarily focused on billing and claims, which is the most familiar customer touchpoint for insurers.
“Enviable customer experience is a must-have in all insurance service segments and by working in partnership with SPLICE, we will be able to offer our customers the next level of truly personalized service for their customers. Tara and her team have done an excellent job innovating around the key customer interactions that form lasting impressions and shape customer engagement scores,” says Ed Ossie, COO, Majesco.
The integration of SPLICE and Majesco will allow insurers to deliver personalized communication with timely interaction with customers to empower customer experience. Further, it will bring new capabilities like real time, data driven messaging leveraging IoT allowing insurers to focus on risk mitigation.
“SPLICE is obsessed with customer experience and engagement, and keeping the customer informed is a big part of that. Preference and choice together with accurate and relevant data are key. Our integration with the Majesco’s DigitalConnect platform is expected to give insurance carriers a simple and secure way to engage their customers,” says Tara Kelly, CEO, SPLICE Software.
