Matrix Solution Enhances User Experience for Cloud-Based Services

PITTSBURGH, PA: Media-specific CRM, data, and reporting platform, Matrix Solution has recently launched a new product that  facilitates advanced workflow tools designed to boost sales productivity and outcomes for the users across multiple platforms. It enables automated call activity for tracking calls and prompts user for notes. It also facilitates agency access and view capabilities with comprehensive calendar views.

Viewing of account and contact information, access to list builder have been now included in Matrix Premium. Also, with features like Deal Stage Report, there is more visibility and efficient management of deals in sales as well as deeper understanding of their workflow.

Earlier this year, Matrix had launched Matrix Mobile to enable users to extend their workflow from mobile to desktop. With the new release, Matrix makes mobile CRM easy and where users can manage their accounts, leads and prospects all from their mobile devices. The immediate access to account information via mobile device improves the overall performance of the user.
