Media File Exchange becomes Faster and Easier with Dalet and Aspera Collaboration
FREMONT, CA: Dalet, a provider of software-based solutions for media organizations, has integrated Aspera’s FASP high-speed transfer technology into Dalet Galaxy enterprise media asset management platform. Aspera is an IBM company and the solution offered reduces transfer time and which in turn enhances uses’ upload experience.
The collaboration with Aspera enables Dalet to speed up ingest of large digital media files into the Dalet Galaxy platform, with line-speed WAN transfer of any-size files at any distance, using the Aspera FASP transport technology. The solution enables organizations to realize the comprehensive Dalet toolset for multi-site collaboration and remote working, sharing media files and metadata at high speed across the enterprise.
