Megan Davidson to Oversee Talent Management as Crowley’s New CPO
As the CPO, Megan Davidson will be responsible for Crowley’s continued leadership development and employee satisfaction.

Megan Davidson has been selected as the Chief People Officer at Crowley, where she will oversee the company's people, labor, and culture initiatives. As a member of Crowley's senior leadership team, Davidson is responsible for the company's continued leadership as an employer of choice across industries and geographies, as well as advancing the company's commitment to a dynamic employee experience and talent development.
Davidson joins Crowley following a long career with British Petroleum (BP), where she held different senior positions in human resources and labor relations. She was most recently vice president of people and culture, where she was in charge of business partnerships for more than 5,000 employees in 50 countries. She also led the organization through a global strategic transformation, led the development and implementation of multiple people, management, and business strategies, actively and successfully negotiated with labor unions, and developed and advanced global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), talent management, and culture strategies.
