M-Files Corporation Unveils M-Files 2015.1 Offering EIM Capabilities

M-Files helps enterprise find, share and secure documents also adds intelligence by combining it with information from other systems (SharePoint, Salesforce and SAP). It uses ‘What it is’ approach which organizes all the documents based on the content of the file and the category it belongs to. With the new combo URL feature in M-Files 2015.1, users can now easily share content across a variety of devices, including PCs, tablets and smart phones. It comes with easy compliant configurations with standard regulation ensuring the right people get the right information at the right time.
To elaborate, M-Files come with Hybrid cloud options including on-premises, cloud or hybrid M-File deployment where the information can be transferred securely using the existing infrastructure. Another striking feature is that it comprises a user friendly interface, which manages files, documents, information and processes without having to consult a user manual. It tracks on the employees or the organizations working style and works in accordance to it.
Additionally the new release offers major enhancements for managing and streamlining highly complex workflows, including the ability to easily administer parallel approvals and configure advanced business process logic without scripting or coding. It also has security enhancements which can be integrated seamlessly with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and provides enhanced user and user group synchronization capabilities.
