'MiCloud Enterprise UCaaS' to Advance Cloud Communications
ORLANDO, FLA: Mitel, a company that provides business communications, has announced MiCloud Enterprise UCaaS (Unified Communication as service) for its channel partners who deliberately long for communications solutions via cloud.
MiCloud Enterprise UCaaS easily connects employees, partners and customers with flexible communications channels that are designed to boost productivity and amplify collaboration. This new cloud solution is built on Mitel's software-based, cloud-optimized business communications portfolio and uses a single platform that can be deployed via public, private or hybrid cloud. Further, it is tailored to remove implementation obstacles and streamline deployment of Mitel's virtualization solutions.
The subscription-based MiCloud Enterprise UCaaS includes phone service with business-critical voice quality, chat and telepresence as well as audio and videoconferencing capabilities. It allows channel partners to offer advanced unified communications solutions to businesses. The white label Mitel solution allows channel partners to integrate this cloud solution as a part of their customer offering, under their own brand.
Jon Brinton, EVP and GM, Mitel Cloud Services says, “Mitel is helping our partners to capitalize on the industry shift towards cloud-based business communications with MiCloud Enterprise UCaaS. For many channel partners, this solution is their bridge to being able to deploy and support their own cloud service while creating recurring revenue streams and providing their customers attractive services for business communications in the cloud”.
Reportedly, Mitel partners like Blue Violet Networks, Core Technologies, Eon Networks, Fulton Communications, JEM Communications, Qbase, Towner Communications Systems, Trans-West Network Solutions and TSI Global Companies have already signed up to offer the wholesale Unified-Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) solution.
