Microsoft adds Adxstudio to it Ever Growing Acquisition List
FREMONT, CA: Continuing the steady trail of acquisitions, Microsoft breaks news with yet another deal by acquiring Adxstudio. Adxstudio, which provides Web portal and application life cycle management tools based on Dynamics CRM, is anticipated to boost Microsoft’s customer relationship management (CRM) product portfolio against the currently prevailing leader Salesforce. With this Microsoft is gearing up its efforts to bring about an improvement in standard procedure taken up by organizations for conducting online business and customer engagement.
Adexmart’s Webportals has been developed endemically into DynamicsCRM which enables Microsoft users to make sales and customer service processes online. According to Microsoft, the portals can integrate with the app for CRM via online or on premise and can be brought into instant use by customers. The customers of Dynamic CRM will also receive perks from Adxstudio tools which have been developed in the interest of improving customer communications be it cloud or on premise.
With the completion of acquisition, the firm will be revising their professional services division as a new company, titled Adoxio Business Solutions. Keeping up with the market competition with Salesforce, Microsoft had earlier acquired two other companies in 2015, namely FieldOne and FantasySales team. Both companies were acquired in order to integrate the technologies into Dynamics.
