SANTA ANA, CA: Ingram Micro, master Cloud Service Provider announces the global availability of the Microsoft Advisor to Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) service plan. The company converts Office 365 Advisor subscriptions to Microsoft CSP program that is designed to provide channel partners increased profitability, revenue and the responsibility of customer relationship from contracting to invoicing and technical support.
A simple three-step process converts Advisor subscriptions to the new CSP program on the Cloud Marketplace. This is an automated process to provision, bundle, invoice, manage and support Microsoft Cloud Solutions with greater ease and efficiency. Additionally, Ingram Micro is authorized to sell cloud services via the Microsoft CSP program in over 40 countries.

Unlike the Microsoft Advisor model, now channel partners are given complete control over pricing, billing, and support for Office 365. The service can be merged with other cloud solutions on Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace and a consolidated invoice can be received.
