Mindtree Launches IPv6 Stack and Smart Mesh Suite for Bluetooth Smart

WARREN, NJ: Mindtree, an information technology consulting firm, has unveiled its comprehensive Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) Stack and Smart Mesh Suite for Bluetooth Smart. The new launches are geared to build tight integration between cloud and IoT. The OEM manufacturers and companies from the semiconductor industry can leverage these new tools to build on their IoT prowess. 

IPv6 is the latest edition of the Internet Protocol that offers a recognition and position system for devices on networks and routes traffic across the Internet. Designed to meet the requirements of embedded systems, the IPv6 suite for Bluetooth Smart is optimized for Memory and MIPS and applied in ANSI C to enable flexibility across processor platforms. It also offers fresh concept layers to make it compatible with other operating systems and several lower layer implementations of BLE Host stack. Prominent features of the IPv6 are low memory footprint, platform and operating systems agnostic, and Bluetooth SIG qualified implementation of Internet Protocol Support Profile (IPSP).

Mindtree’s Smart Mesh Suite is constant with the company’s IP portfolio, and features no limitation on number of Mesh Nodes, Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), and blocks supports are CMAC (IETF RFC 4493) and CCM (IETF RFC 3610). It delivers the Smart Mesh Profile and Application Level Encryption and is attuned with BT-SIG’s draft Smart Mesh Profile pattern.
