WINDSOR, CT: SS&C Technologies, a global provider of investment and financial software-enabled services and software, has declared that Moco Inc., will be leveraging SS&C’s tenant screening platform to meet the preconditions of the Washington State Senate Bill 6413 (“SB6413”). The bill would require landlords in Washington State to declare whether or not they accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening report.
