Modern Data Estate: Enhancing Data Management Capabilities with New Feature Add-Ons
Integrating a data management platform can offer full power business intelligence to initiate growth.
FREMONT, CA: Inspiring quality decisions driven by data, TimeXtender adds new features to its data management platform Discovery Hub®. The addition includes flexible tabs, making it even easier to build a modern data estate and a new solution explorer providing a complete view of the overall data estate defined in Discovery Hub.
The new user interface now supports Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2. The use of Azure Databricks provides an incremental approach to transferring data between a Discovery Hub Operational Data Exchange (ODX) and a Modern Data Warehouse (MDW). With this, customers can now prepare for big data analytics while delivering file system semantics, and directory and file-level security.
“Being a technology leader is about continuously developing your technology offering to make it faster, better, stronger. This unyielding focus establishes that TimeXtender is ahead of the curve when it comes to serving customer and market needs. And that’s what we’ve accomplished with this new release of Discovery Hub,” remarks Heine Krog Iversen, CEO of TimeXtender. “With this newly designed user interface, data engineers and data architects will be able to develop a modern data estate even faster. We look forward to providing this new version of Discovery Hub to our partners and customers around the world.”
As the world becomes smarter, data becomes the key to competitive advantage. Recognized a fastest growing software company, TimeXtender—consuming less time and less expenditure— provides organizations with business intelligence solutions. "We have been spearheading for more than nine years in simplifying the Data Warehousing Automation process and minimizing the time spent on turning complex data into valuable information,” adds Iversen.
