ST. GEOGIA, UT: TCN, cloud based call center technology firm sign up a partnership with MPG Management Associates, a carrier neutral master agency serving more than 500 agents worldwide. The collaboration will help TCN’s cloud based call center suite to be marketed by MPG’s extensive network of agents including systems integrators, telecom resellers, managed service provider (MSP) and value at risk (VAR) teams.
MPG provides an array of voice, data and hardware solutions to its agents across globe, and by partnering with TCN it will enhance its hosted contact center offerings. The collaboration will generate additional marketing sales by TCN platform 3.0 application tool allowing flawless integration to CRM management.
The software tool combines a deep understanding of the needs of call center users with a highly affordable delivery model, ensuring immediate access to robust call center technology, such as predictive dialer, IVR, call recording, and business analytics required to optimize operations and adhere to TCPA regulations.
