DULUTH, GA: NCR Corporation, a provider of consumer transaction technologies, announces the availability of major software release to NCR Wayfinding, a cutting edge software solution to create and manage airport content across kiosks, mobile devices, and more.

NCR Wayfinding helps passengers locate products and navigate easily through large, complex buildings thereby quelling the confusions and enhancing the passenger experience.

Salient features of the latest release of the software include: data driven 3D maps, endpoint supported and gesture supported map navigation.

Enabled with new omni-channel capabilities that allows facility managers to easily manage and publish maps as well as requisite information, via kiosks, website, and mobile apps supporting iOS and Android platforms. The latest software helps passengers to search for flights, restaurants, shopping, gates, restrooms, and more on their touchscreen. Multi-lingual maps can be easily managed; airport-standard symbols are incorporated that helps passengers speaking different languages.
