Neo Technology Strives to Strengthen Industry Preparedness for Graph Database Demands

FREMONT, CA: Neo Technology, the company behind the graph database, Neo4j, has announced a new initiative to build a strong community of expert partners for graph databases. The program comprises of two partner levels termed as Neo4j Solution Partner and Neo4j OEM Partner.

Graph databases usage in enterprises is expected to grow to a considerable level by 2017 says Forrester Research. Neo Technology is looking forward to make IT solution providers more aware about the significance of graph databases in critical business challenges including fraud detection, master data management, networking and IT management, identity and access management.

Neo Technology Partner program
The partner program focuses on resellers, independent software vendors (ISVs), original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) across industry verticals. Through this program, the company provides enhanced support, training and education on the importance of graph databases.

Neo4j Solution Partner: this level focuses on a firm’s technical knowhow pertaining to graph database will be put to test which when cleared successfully will be given the opportunity to resell Neo4j licenses and provide higher-level customer support. The new certification process is designed to qualify a firm as a certified partner.

Neo4j OEM Partner: focuses on OEMs from small to enterprise-size firms that are interested in working with Neo4j solution. OEM solutions can be white labeled or branded as Neo4j.

The company is offering Solution Partners and OEM Partners with access to extensive resources on the partner portal as well as support for greater marketing and offers discount training to build on partners’ expertise in graph databases.

“We already have a network of 160 partners, but there’s definitely a growing appetite from businesses to learn more about graphs. In response, we are launching a more scalable program that provides specialist guidance and support, so our partners can really champion this technology. This involves educating partners on the types of business issues that graphs can help overcome. Ultimately, we want to accelerate the graph database market worldwide — having a wider network of partners will enable this,” said Erik Nolten, Director Alliances & Channel, Neo Technology.
