Netsuite Integrates with Google Apps for Seamless Business among Stakeholders
SAN FRANCISCO, CA: NetSuite, a provider of financial and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions, announces its integration with Google Apps and Google Apps Marketplace.
With the alliance, NetSuite’s main components will be integrated with Gmail as well as Google Calendar to enhance productivity in the cloud by delivering real-time access and updates to relevant customer and transactional NetSuite data in Gmail. The professionals can now communicate among teams on documents created with Google Docs within the NetSuite environment.
Zach Nelson, CEO of NetSuite, states that NetSuite and Google Apps integration offers more real-time-time collaboration, internet speed business processes and visibility for stakeholders working on an opportunity, transaction or project.
Additionally, the collaboration establishes synchronization between calendar in NetSuite OpenAir and Google Calendar. Now, all events listed in OpenAir such as bookings and task assignments can be easily exported to Google Calendar for individual users. The Google Calendar integration will be freely available for NetSuite OpenAir calendar users with their Google Apps accounts.
“As a company built for the cloud, NetSuite is helping IT administrators leverage the benefits of cloud computing and extend Google Apps to more of their business needs,” says Dave Girouard, President, Google Enterprise.
