New Android Wear Smartwatches with Multiple Features from Fossil On the Cards

FREMONT, CA: With the constant change in trends and modernization of technology, Fossil has updated itself with the trends by announcing its plan to launch an upgrade in its android wear smartwatches. These upgrades are its latest activity trackers, smarter analog watches and slimmer Android Wear watches that will hit the market in 2016 Fossil Global Exposition.

The latest development to Fossil Q line of devices comes after its venturing with Baselworld in Switzerland, where it has tried its hand in establishing an equilibrium between fashion and function. The recent disclose of the next generation activity tracker Q Motion featured with sleep tracking, water resistance and smart tap technology; slimmer Android Wear watches (Q Marshal and Q Wander respectively); and a smarter analog watch, infuses technology into a unique traditional timepiece. Customers can now avail it from the early summer and fall of 2016.

Fossil’s slimmer Android Wear smartwatches Q Marshal and Q Wander will have the touchscreen displays, refined steel and classic leather accents. It provides the option to the customers to efficiently achieve all the daily tasks in a smaller, sleeker package. Cases are made in size of 44mm and 46 mm on customers’ feedback. Q Wander is a soft curving; multi-finish case with artfully sculpted wire lugs giving it a decent look with functionality, whereas the Q Marshal is a rugged case with latest designer updates such as striking navy blue plated case coupled with vintage-inspired leather straps. "We love the digital influence on our world today! It opens up a more direct dialogue with our customers, allowing us to design products and update technology in a much more impactful way," said Jill Elliott, Chief Creative Officer, Fossil. Both the smartwatches are supported by Android Wear Google’s smartwatch platform.

Fossil delivers an activity tracker which additionally provides calls notification and texts known as Q Motion. This tracker will be available in affordable price that will act as a merit for this latest generation product. In order to notify, it vibrates and has multi-color LED lights option. It does not require recharging as its coin cell battery keeps it charged which is powered for six months.

Fossil is updating the use of watches, its smarter analog watches aware users with the incoming calls and notifies about the closest contact with just the turn of the watch hands. It is also capable of tracking calories, sleep, automatic time zone updates, and displays a second time zone at the analog dial. It is compatible with Android smartphone and iPhone device via Bluetooth. With the elegance and simplicity these analog watches are a prime example where fashion meets technology.
